Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve excellence in quality control and assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading quality teams, developing and implementing quality frameworks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a quality team to ensure a productive and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and/or improve Quality framework and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Implement and uphold food safety and hygiene standards; risk assessments; quality specifications; documentation and procedures to comply with statutory requirements.
  • Drive projects and initiatives to ensure compliance with Food Quality, Safety & Hygiene standards and requirements.
  • Support production team to trouble-shoot and resolve any product quality issues.
  • Ensure that all food safety, quality related, and non-compliance issues are investigated and corrective measures are implemented.
  • Lead and coordinate internal/external quality audits with relevant parties.
  • Prepare Quality and Performance reports for submission to Senior Management.
