
Sales Growth and Strategy Professional

As a Business Development Manager for IT Services, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities in the financial industry. You will work closely with senior executives to develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate and follow up on prospective sales leads, managing the sales cycle through to closure.
- Meet with new clients to identify new sales opportunities and define customer requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals for new business to prospective customers and senior management.
- Develop and maintain a sales tracking report, which will be used to track each stage of the sales cycle for all new, ongoing, and future opportunities.
- Work with senior management to create a sales and marketing plan targeting companies with the greatest potential to generate increased revenue.
- Become fully conversant with the internal processes required to manage the sales process, lead generation, and account management.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in IT service sales in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Successful sales experience in a high-volume environment and/or knowledge of the business operations of the recruiting/outsourcing services industry.
- An influential professional comfortable communicating with IT infrastructure personnel.
- Proven ability to work and partner with senior business and IT executives.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and act on the need for urgency.
- Fluent professional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin as an added advantage.
