Our Restaurant Team is seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the dining room, ensuring a clean and well-presented environment that meets high standards of quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant and seating them at their table in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Managing the restaurant's reservation system, taking phone calls to book tables and providing accurate information to customers
  • Ensuring the dining area is tidy and organized at all times, with all tables set and ready for guests
  • Coordinating the flow of guests in and out of the restaurant, enabling waitstaff to provide efficient service
  • Assisting with managing the restaurant's waitlist, communicating wait times to guests in a clear and concise manner
  • Providing general support to the restaurant team, including bussing tables and assisting with cleaning and sanitizing
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide warm and friendly service to guests
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment, with a keen eye for detail
  • A professional demeanor, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using reservation systems
