We are seeking a skilled designer who can bring artistry and functionality together in perfect harmony. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

As an Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to transform and renovate spaces across homes, offices, shops, and more. You will use your design skills to create environments that are not just beautiful, but also practical and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented designer who can take on the following responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their requirements, budget, and preferences. Provide expert advice on space planning, materials, color schemes, and furnishings.
  • Design Development: Develop design concepts that align with the client's vision. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max). Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes that meet the project requirements.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare project timelines and ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated time.
  • Budget Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage the budget for each project. Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best materials at competitive prices.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations. Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in the interior design industry.
  • Client Presentation: Present design concepts and proposals to clients. Revise designs based on client feedback and preferences. Provide after-sales service, including addressing any issues or concerns post-completion.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
  • Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
