Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. This includes coordinating corporate events, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing comprehensive executive assistance to the Director.

  • Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups as required.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with integrity and discretion.

Key responsibilities include executing internal and external corporate events, coordinating with vendors, venues, and other service providers, preparing event materials, invitations, and registration processes, and ensuring events are executed on time.

Additionally, the successful candidate will assist the sales & marketing team in executing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities, coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, help maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms, and support the collection and analysis of marketing data and reports.

They will also maintain and organize files, documents, and records as directed, support Sales or other departments in administrative tasks as needed, and provide administrative support to the Director.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Prior experience in event planning and marketing is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of marketing tools is a plus.
  • Available at short notice.
