This is a key leadership position that requires an experienced HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits administration. As a Strategic HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Streamline the hiring process, manage job postings, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify suitable candidates.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the implementation and management of employee benefits, including payroll, compensation, and employee assistance programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong background in comprehensive HR management, talent acquisition, and development.
- Ability to understand business needs and utilize data to inform strategy and achieve sustainable performance.
- Proven ability to foster collaboration within the organization to meet employee needs while achieving business objectives.
- A competitive estimated salary range of SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
