Job Title: Enrolment Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enrolment Coordinator to lead our recruitment efforts and provide exceptional support to prospective students and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, professionalism, and experience in a similar capacity. They will implement effective enrolment strategies, contribute to student growth, and serve as a liaison between students and parents.

  • Manage enquiries via phone and email, meeting walk-ins promptly.
  • Provide administrative support for application processing.
  • Conduct assessments of prospective students.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students and offer necessary support and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate student profiles and data under the supervision of the Admissions Manager.
  • Lead marketing activities within the school, including tours, fairs, and promotional events.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in education or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Knowledge of international schools and the Singapore market is highly desirable.
  • Focus, professionalism, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational abilities, and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in any discipline.

Experience: Experience in education or a related field.

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, organisational abilities, and teamwork.

Tools/Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
