Senior Sales Team Leader

A Leading Team Leader is sought after by us to spearhead our team of Customer Service Executives in a forward-thinking direction. This dynamic individual must be equipped with strong organizational and sales skills, coupled with extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assigned daily outbound calls to drive sales performance
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for lead generation, sales/enrolments and conversions
- Mentor and cultivate team members to meet their individual targets
- Provide prompt and professional response to incoming queries via phone and email
- Organize sales activities and events to boost lead generation and conversion rates
- Raise the bar on customer retention through effective problem-solving and excellent service standards
- Ensure centre growth through providing top-notch customer experiences and minimize student attrition
- Attain or surpass assigned closure/conversion rate targets for all trials to enrolments
- Develop and execute teacher growth plans to achieve monthly targets
Hiring Criteria:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
- Availability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Strong adaptability and leadership qualities
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (bilingualism/trilingualism a plus)
- Goal-oriented individual with ability to prioritize tasks that drive centre growth
- Positive, outgoing personality with passion for customer service
