POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for managing the flow of valet vehicles within the premises, adhering to established departmental protocols. Proficiently operate the Valet Management System in accordance with company standards. Assist in regulating traffic around the facility to ensure smooth operations. Implement safety protocols for oneself, guests, and vehicles at all times. Oversee taxi queue management in line with departmental procedures. Direct vehicles to designated areas, including Hall Parking and Valet sections, as necessary. Capable of handling heavy loads, including loading and unloading guest luggage from vehicles. Provide comprehensive information regarding property features, particularly related to valet and self-parking inquiries. Deliver an exceptional Arrival Experience that meets the company's audit criteria. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to guest satisfaction and audit evaluations. Understand and implement departmental strategies and operational plans. Ensure all operational equipment is maintained in good condition and that supplies are adequate for daily tasks. Be willing to learn and assist with additional operational and departmental responsibilities as needed. Support any other tasks assigned by the Valet management team. Monitor and report any irregularities to the Valet management team for prompt resolution.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with at least 2 years of driving experience. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Strong service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction. Maintain a pleasant demeanor, demonstrating politeness and a positive attitude. Exhibit responsibility, proactivity, and initiative in all tasks. Ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse team environment. Fluent communication skills in English are essential. Willingness to perform shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in humid conditions. Basic knowledge of local attractions and points of interest is preferred.
