Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our local initiatives at Mandai Wildlife Reserve. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the reserve as the most iconic nature and wildlife precinct in Singapore, driving attendance and revenue goals, and creating innovative campaigns to promote sustainability and conservation efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop local initiatives to establish Mandai Wildlife Reserve as a premier nature and wildlife destination
- Conceptualize and execute key campaigns, activations, and initiatives to achieve brand, attendance, and revenue goals
- Create innovative go-to-market campaigns and activations that drive action and advocacy for sustainability and conservation efforts
- Supervise and project manage all aspects of campaign planning, budgeting, approval channels, and process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategies and guidance
- Manage overall marketing budget to improve ROI
- Lead and secure partnerships with relevant partners or vendors to improve ROI
- Experience in managing media and creative agencies effectively
- Spearhead and initiate special projects when required
- Provide team stewardship and mentorship for team members
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or equivalent
- Highly motivated individual with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality industry
- Proven experience in brand building, consumer integrated marketing, digital marketing, project management, and budget management
- Proven capability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- Confident, creative, and energetic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical, results-orientated, and highly organized
- Competent leadership with supervisory team management experience
- Able to work independently while being a good team player
- Able to provide mentorship to junior team members
