About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at Mandai Wildlife Reserve. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the park, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving improvements in park-related and guest experience matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform shift responsibilities and ensure the efficient operation of the park.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
- Manage guest feedback and close service lapses.
- Assist in the management of manpower planning, staff training needs, and staff issues.
- Generate and review reports on a monthly basis.
- Manage assigned portfolio and projects.
- Contribute to wildlife management efforts.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, with experience in leadership and project management.
- Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
- Takes initiative and has a keen interest in working in a dynamic environment.
- Confident and resourceful.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
