Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bell Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage, including transporting it to and from their rooms and designated bell areas.
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
  • Arrange transportation for guests, including taxi cabs, shuttle buses, and limousine/sedan services.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and ensure their vehicles are safely parked.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
