Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist - Unified Communications role at FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is a key position that requires exceptional technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality support to end-users.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical assistance to ensure seamless operation of unified communications systems, including video conferencing, telephony, and audio visual solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions to minimize downtime and maximize system uptime.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IP-based unified communication, telephony, audio visual, and video conferencing technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and advancements.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple technical incidents and requests from customers, ensuring timely resolution and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide training, guidance, and support on unified communications systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve technical expertise and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.
  • A proven track record of providing high-quality technical support, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
