  • Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to develop accurate scopes and implementation strategies.
  • Design and configure AV systems tailored to client specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for seamless integration of AV solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders; proactively address potential delays or challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide post-installation technical support and client training to ensure proper use and satisfaction with AV systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on AV systems as required.

  • Proven experience in project management within the AV industry.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented approach.
  • Good soldering skills for audio and video connections.
