Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Outreach Coordinator to support our public health initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our chronic disease management programs to the community.

You will engage members of the public by explaining the objectives, enrollment processes, and benefits of our programs. You will also distribute informational materials and address general queries to encourage participation.

In this role, you will assist in event booth setup and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming space throughout the event. You will collect feedback and maintain daily engagement records for reporting purposes.

You will perform other ad hoc duties as required to support event operations. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the community and contribute to improving public health outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in public health and community engagement
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with the public
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
  • Physically able to stand for prolonged periods during events
  • Proficient in basic computer usage and data entry
