We are currently seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and service excellence in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations, including the allocation of work assignments and staff rosters.
  • Oversee the routine maintenance of housekeeping attendants, ensuring they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and behind-the-scenes areas.
  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to staff on duty, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
  • Monitor stock levels of housekeeping supplies and implement measures to minimize waste and errors.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field.
  • An excellent understanding of housekeeping practices and procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
