**Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Supervisor
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction? Our prestigious hotel is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping, with a supervisory or managerial role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
