We are a leading organization in the Digital Industry and Talent Group, focused on strategizing and developing talent attraction initiatives to help Singapore capture opportunities in the digital economy.

You will be part of our Talent Development division, which manages programs to identify and groom a pipeline of talent to drive the digital economy and shape the next generation of leaders in the infocomm media sector.

What You Will Be Working On:

  1. Industry Development and Engagement: Work closely with various industry partners to understand their leadership talent needs and develop strategies to collaborate with them on SG Digital Leadership Accelerator.
  2. Programme Management: Plan, manage, and run key leadership programs under the SG Digital Leadership Accelerator, including SG Digital Leaders and SG Digital Scholarship.
  3. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Manage key stakeholder relationships in the universe of IMDA's leadership talent programs.
  4. Digitalization and Business Process Improvement: Support data analytics and process automation projects to enable effective outcome tracking and management reporting across our leadership talent programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree qualification with 5-8 years of working experience in ICT/Media industry.
