**Objective of this role**:
This role is responsible for overall management of **digital freight forwarding product (Cello Square)**in Southeast Asia region. Besides working closely with the key stakeholders to ensure effective execution and commercial target achievement, she/he will also focus on driving continuous improvement in feature enhancement, operation excellence and customer experience to create a high quality digital freight-forwarding product, as well as overall marketing and promoting this product.

**Responsibilities**:
**Feature development**
- Define regional product development roadmap and work with Head Quarter to identify feature prioritization plan.
- Lead the UAT test and document training material for internal and external users.
- Track system performance through regular monitoring and feedback collecting from user to proactively identify and resolve technical issue.
- Drive and execute relevant digital freight-forwarding product projects for Southeast Asia region e.g. Small Forwarding Feature

**Implementation and Training**
- Establish plans for converting customers’ activities from current off-line freight operation to on-line operation on the new platform.
- Provide training to stakeholders in sales and operation team, including product demonstration.
- Liaison with HQ teams and field BD teams to ensure smooth implementations.

**Marketing / Promotion plan and content management**
- Lead and manage Southeast Asia region's marketing activities that aligned with the Company goals within the budget allocation.
- Work with Head Quarter team to create marketing strategies with the key focus to enhance digital platform branding awareness to potential customers across the region.
- Execute product promotion roadmap for Southeast Asia region, which includes plan and participate in Logistics related events.
- Manage website content creation specialized for Southeast Asia countries to attract more targeted audiences.
- Marketing planning and budget management.
- Plan marketing events, produce PR / marketing materials.

**Customer experience and operation excellence**
- Provide analytical insight such as funnel matrix analysis, users’ experience optimization analysis and identify improvement action in order to enhance user experience.
- Establish customer service and customer engagement related matrix, measure and monitor actual performance to drive for higher customer satisfaction and customer acquisition rate.
- Map out digital freight forwarding operation process through online platform, and provide standard guidelines for operation team.
- Initiative regular customer net promotor score survey to collect customer feedback, identify gap and work out corrective and preventive action plan.

**Support execution and commercial target achievement**
- Manage and monitor in order to achieve regional annual KPI for New shipper registration and New Shipper booking.

8.30 am - 17.30 pm, Monday to Friday
