We seek a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced educator who demonstrates a growth mindset, believes in collective efficacy, and can work effectively with school leaders to drive evidence-based improvement initiatives.
The Regional School Improvement Partner will collaborate with school leaders to ensure continuous improvement priorities and projects align with Cognita's Assurance Framework. Effective governance, as framed by this framework, is a key aspect of the role, with building and maintaining positive professional relationships being central.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leaders to establish, embed, and strengthen a culture of support, challenge, accountability, and trust across our schools.
- Lead best-practice school improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Cognita's Assurance Framework.
- Navigate ambiguity and cultural complexity with confidence, leveraging emotional intelligence and strong listening skills.
