School Improvement Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our regional team as a School Improvement Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and a proven track record of driving school improvement through collaborative and inclusive practices.
The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex educational systems and provide expert advice to school leaders on strategic planning, curriculum development, and teacher support.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement evidence-based school improvement strategies that promote student achievement and staff well-being.
You will also lead training sessions and workshops for teachers and school administrators, focusing on best practices in instructional design, assessment, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement school improvement plans that align with our regional goals and objectives
- Provide coaching and mentoring to school leaders and teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge in instructional design, assessment, and data analysis
- Conduct regular observations and provide feedback to teachers on lesson planning, delivery, and assessment
- Collaborate with other regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in school improvement initiatives
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Education or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in education, with a focus on school improvement and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, school leaders, and parents
- Proven track record of driving school improvement through innovative and effective practices
