Our regional team now has an exciting opportunity for a Regional School Improvement Partner to join our fantastic team.

We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced educator with a positive mindset, a belief in collective efficacy, and the ability to work in partnership with school leaders to drive evidence-based school improvement. The successful candidate will establish, embed, and strengthen a culture of support, challenge, accountability, and trust across our schools by leading best-practice school improvement initiatives.
The role of School Improvement Partner involves collaborating with school leaders, advising on continuous school improvement priorities and projects, and ensuring effective delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of the Cognita Assurance Framework. Effective governance, as framed by the framework, is a key aspect of the role, along with building and maintaining positive professional relationships.
