We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional School Improvement Partner to join our team in Singapore. As part of our regional team, you will provide centralized support across various functions and collaborate with school leaders to drive evidence-based school improvement.
About the Role:- Establish, embed, and strengthen a culture of support, challenge, accountability, and trust across our schools.
- Lead best-practice school improvement initiatives and ensure priorities align with our Assurance Framework.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with senior leaders and colleagues.
This role requires a trusted, calm, and pragmatic educational partner who can navigate ambiguity and cultural complexity confidently. You will be a values-driven individual with high emotional intelligence and strong listening skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with school leaders to develop and implement school improvement plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders to enhance their leadership skills.
- Maintain accurate records of school progress and performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education leadership or school improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
