Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Application Configuration: Utilize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Took, or SDK to configure the application to meet client requirements.
  • Scrum Team Collaboration: Participate in Scrum calls with offshore and onsite development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client Management: Lead client meetings and facilitated strategy sessions to drive project success.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions to meet requirements without the need for custom code.
  • Functional Understanding: Possess in-depth knowledge of the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom code.
  • User Training: Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including both functional and technical training.
  • Process Design: Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other systems, such as back office/ERP applications.
  • Data Conversion: Develop data conversion and testing strategies to ensure smooth data migration.
  • Project Planning: Create high-level project work plans to guide project execution.
  • Team Management: Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified CRM Administrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with Scrum methodology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
