Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation specialist to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions to meet our clients' needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, leveraging your expertise in business process integration, data conversion strategies, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and customization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, SDK), business process integration, data conversion strategies, and deployment; understanding of ERP integration and CRM configuration
  • Strong communication, client-facing, leadership, and training abilities; capable of managing scope, leading sessions, and mentoring junior staff
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core preferred
