Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for configuring and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires exceptional skills in customization, business process integration, data conversion, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM using various tools
- Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other systems
- Develop high-level project work plans and manage scope
- Identify creative solutions to meet client requirements without custom code development
- Lead client meetings and facilitated strategy sessions
- Train junior staff and client personnel on CRM usage and administration

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and customization
- Strong communication, leadership, and training abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, business process integration, data conversion strategies, and deployment

Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Customer Engagement Core
