We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill the role of Category Manager, Beauty. This is a key position within our organization responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in the beauty category.

As Category Manager, you will be responsible for creating long-term development plans, annual business objectives, and quarterly marketing initiatives for the beauty category. You will also oversee the planning and selection of beauty products, introducing high-quality offerings that align with our brand positioning and local consumer preferences.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive category plans, including market research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis.
  • Source and manage suppliers, establishing strong relationships to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns for the beauty category.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as Marketing, Business, or Fashion.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in category management or product management.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
