Inspecting Excellence: Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Specialist

Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure exceptional quality standards in our manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting inspections at various stages of production to verify compliance with established protocols.
- Performing First Article Inspection (FAI) and Delta FAI according to AS9102 requirements.
- Utilizing precision measurement tools and equipment to inspect products and identify potential issues.
- Developing and implementing automated inspection programs using Co-Ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Control environments.
- NITEC qualification in Precision/Mechanical Engineering or higher.
- Expertise in Non-Destructive Testing inspection methods, including MPI, X-RAY, UT, Penetrant, and Special Processes.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in specialized inspection skills, certified machinist audits, and proficiency in GD&T drawings would be highly advantageous. Additionally, advanced knowledge of CMM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, would be beneficial.
