Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities- Support inspection activities with CMM and i-Vision tools to ensure accurate results.
- Conduct fixture inspections to guarantee acceptable usage and adherence to specifications.
- Participate in CAPA/Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve internal and external quality issues.
- Generate quality performance reports for internal and supplier quality metrics.
- Lead MRB reviews and dispositions to ensure effective resolution of rework, scrap, or UAI items.
- Support supplier evaluation and qualification processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- Participate in internal and supplier audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee internal calibration management to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement tools.
- Support documentation control activities to ensure timely completion and review of inspection reports, material certificates, treatment COCs, and internal inspection records.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve quality processes and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO14001, and other relevant industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams as needed.
