As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a vital role in our international trade operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity for detail-oriented and proactive individuals with experience in export documentation, especially for shipments involving China or Malaysia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage shipping/export documents: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments: Coordinate smooth shipment operations by communicating effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations: Verify that all shipments comply with relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and internal company policies.
  • Monitor shipments: Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any documentation or compliance issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the factory team: Communicate effectively with overseas stakeholders to coordinate document and shipment coordination.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A diploma in Logistics, Shipping, Business, or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Export documentation experience: Prior experience in export documentation is required, familiarity with China or Malaysia export processes highly preferred.
  • Linguistic skills: Strong proficiency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with overseas stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills: Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal and external teams.
