Trade Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations.

  • Prepare and manage sales orders, quotations, proforma invoices, shipping documents, and export/import documentation.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal logistics teams to coordinate shipment and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order status, and sales data in the system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and reporting.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide after-sales service, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for internal review.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, logistics, or trading role, preferably within the import/export sector.
  • Familiarity with international trade documentation and processes.
  • Able to communicate in business Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
