Founded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, Trustana is based in Singapore with a hub in China.

**The Trustana Trade Ops Team - What we do**

The TradeOps Team at Trustana covers the cross border operational end to end process, from when suppliers engage us with products to buyers ordering from Trustana marketplace to receipt of products.

The team focus is to be the centre of excellence and one stop solution for represented suppliers in areas of compliance, customs regulations, freight and fulfilment management, shipping and customer relationship management to provide a seamless trade pipeline for importers and exporters.

The team analyses and monitors operational and cost KPIs across the region and root cause analysis when operational performances fluctuates.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help develop and maintain the trade compliance program and internal processes to facilitate B2B cross border e-commerce for APAC including China, US and EU.
- This includes adherence to applicable laws and regulations pertaining to international trade, import-export, food and label compliance.
- Support new compliance projects in the opening of trade lanes and expansion of product categories to US and EU.
- Support system database maintenance and improvement such as HS code, import taxes and tariffs validation and information transfer across systems, communication of product and label compliance status to internal stakeholders.
- Build database on import-export requirements for APAC and US.
- Work cross-functionally with Category, Sourcing and Trade Operations teams to meet compliance check timeline based on market launches, and act as liaison for trade compliance including assisting the development of local food labels
