System Leader Position

The primary role of the System Executive is to serve as the key point of contact for day-to-day technical assistance, addressing system-related user queries and issues within internal teams.

Key responsibilities include providing essential support for ERP systems to ensure seamless IT operations, investigating and resolving technical challenges related to ERP platforms, escalating complex issues when necessary, and spearheading system enhancements and rollouts to improve business processes and IT infrastructure.

Additionally, this position involves overseeing access management, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring secure and compliant user account operations, as well as coordinating across departments and collaborating with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT projects. The Systems Executive will also contribute to shaping IT governance by drafting policies, workflow documentation, and business continuity strategies.

To be considered for this dynamic Systems Executive role, candidates should possess experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and strong problem-solving capabilities. A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field is required, along with at least 4 years of ERP system experience in domains such as logistics, supply chain, or finance. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Domo is preferred.
