Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

The role of a Customer Experience Associate is to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes managing customer relationships, providing timely solutions to their queries, and ensuring seamless order management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and address customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Generate and manage quotations, RFQs, and POs in Salesforce/SAP.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or other CRM systems is an asset.
