Ambitious HR Leader

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and forward-thinking leader to transform HR operations and technology, driving operational excellence and digital transformation.

You will lead and develop a high-performing HR operations team, overseeing the delivery of seamless HR services across the entire employee lifecycle. This includes employee data management, onboarding and offboarding processes, work pass administration, and other employee life-cycle activities.

As the ideal candidate, you have a strong working knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, policies, and best practices across the employee lifecycle. You are a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of progressive HR operations experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing a team.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Information Technology or a related discipline; a double degree or relevant certifications in both IT and HR would be highly advantageous.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR operations experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing a team.
  • Strong working knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, policies, and best practices across the employee lifecycle.
