Facilities Management Professional

A dynamic and experienced Facilities Management professional is required to oversee the smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all staff. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing building operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven individual to join our team as a Facilities Management professional. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building operations, including:

  • Maintenance and repair of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Management of contractors and service providers
  • Conducting regular building inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, asset registers, and equipment condition
  2. Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for facility maintenance and improvements
  3. Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to facility-related inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Requirements
