Project Planning Leadership

We are seeking a visionary Project Planning Leader to spearhead the planning efforts for large-scale construction projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving scheduling challenges, and is passionate about delivering projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams and identify potential delays
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the built environment
  • Successfully completed at least 3 building/infrastructure projects and at least 1 reclamation project
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
