Job Overview

The Contract Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of deals within the organization.

  • Deal Validation: Validate contracts and update systems to ensure timely information exchange.
  • Contract Drafting and Review: Create, review, and distribute contracts for various products, as well as handle counterparty agreements and amendments.
  • Contract Management: Manage contract-related documents, including uploading final contracts to systems and maintaining master templates.
  • Internal Department Coordination: Collaborate with finance, legal, and other departments to resolve issues related to contract wording.
  • Additional Duties: Perform tasks such as preparing tender offers and reviewing counterparty terms as needed.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and possess skills in contract analysis, Excel, and Incoterms. The ideal candidate will have a stable career path and report directly to a team lead in a multinational company.
