About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to incoming calls, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints. Additionally, you will be required to provide information to customers and service providers, verify data entry into the system, and ensure seamless communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders and respond to their queries.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information to customers and service providers.
- Verify data entry into the system to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of customer service principles, as well as good data entry and typing skills. You should also be familiar with Singapore roads and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate their ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and maintaining our high standards of quality.
What We Offer
