Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth through influencer and partnership marketing. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer content strategies, including campaign objectives, content formats, and market-specific approaches.
  • Negotiate influencer contracts, commission structures, and deliverables, ensuring fair terms and clear ROI expectations.
  • Own the Influencer P&L — manage budgets, forecast ROI, and track revenue from influencer-driven referrals.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and run joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded digital ads, webinars, and content collaborations.
  • Support planning and execution of partner-led or co-hosted events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of managing influencers, KOLs, and agencies — from sourcing and negotiation to campaign execution.
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand partner needs and design win–win campaigns.
