Job Summary:

The Grant Administrator is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of grants, from identifying funding opportunities to ensuring compliance and reporting.

This role requires strong financial oversight, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure grant objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify grant opportunities and manage the application process.
  • Review and evaluate grant proposals to ensure alignment with funding guidelines.
  • Monitor grant budgets, track expenditures, and ensure proper financial management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and submit reports on fund usage and program outcomes to funding agencies.
  • Liaise with grant recipients, funding organizations, and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all grant requirements, regulations, and deadlines.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures to streamline grant management.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff and stakeholders on grant-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of at least 2 years of proven experience in grant administration, financial management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of grant compliance regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in grant management software and financial tracking tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple grants simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
