  • Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize and develop interior designs for various spaces, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
    • Create detailed layout designs that maximize functionality, flow, and aesthetic appeal while considering client needs, budget, and building regulations.
    • Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget. Provide design solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Research and select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the project's vision and budget.
    • Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using CAD or other design software.
    • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure design plans are executed efficiently and within timelines.
    • Oversee project budgets and ensure that all elements of the design adhere to the financial plan.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and techniques, incorporating innovative ideas into projects.
    • Integrate sustainable design principles and eco-friendly materials into projects when possible.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications: "

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
    • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3D rendering and visualization software.
    • Strong knowledge of materials and furnishings.
    • Experience in styling and selecting soft furnishings such as textiles, drapery, and decorative elements.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
