Job Description

As a senior operations leader, you will be responsible for managing the overall operational efficiency of our healthcare facilities. This includes overseeing the maintenance and upgrading of infrastructure, equipment, and services.

You will formulate and execute long-term plans for facility expansion, capital works, and renovation projects to ensure that our hospital stays ahead of the curve in terms of technology and patient care.

Additionally, you will supervise the upkeep, repair, and replacement of medical equipment, ensuring that it is always in good working condition.

You will also oversee procurement, inventory control, and distribution of both medical and non-medical supplies, as well as establish and maintain effective vendor and supplier relationships.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead food service operations to ensure nutritious, high-quality meals for patients, as well as direct security operations to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the upkeep of hospital grounds and outdoor areas, ensuring a safe and well-presented environment.
