Description:

PST.AG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT leader to support the company's technology infrastructure, operations, and digital transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple technical/project teams
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT excellence
  • Drive process improvement and technical leadership
  • Manage remote teams and ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in leading technical/project teams
  • 6 years Software Development experience, preferably in Java
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Amenable to work flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into SDLC
  • Understanding of machine learning, AI, and software development
  • Scalability, reliability, and trade-offs understanding
  • CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and Agile methodologies expertise
