Job Overview

RINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including food and coffee arrangements, leave applications, bill payments, and online service management. They will also oversee office suppliers, schedule and coordinate office and equipment repairs, while maintaining equipment inventories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in keeping financial records updated and organized, including processing staff claims and payroll, CPF submissions, staff visa, and tax claims.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including ticket booking and visa applications.
  • Support the recruitment process, including staff onboarding, screening resumes, and following up with the hiring manager on headcount requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
