Billing and Settlement Professional Role

As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer bills and settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain accurate customer billing records.
  • Resolve billing disputes and credit control issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize monthly and daily settlement reports.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with internal departments to maintain high data accuracy.
  • Develop strong relationships with external vendors and resolve any related issues.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system implementations as needed.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or IT is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience or 2 years of supervisory experience for senior roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position with a renewable contract. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work autonomously, and have strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
