As a key player in our luxury beauty brand, the successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a compelling marketing strategy that brings our premium skincare and spa offerings to life across digital channels, influencer partnerships, and on-the-ground activations.

The ideal professional will possess a strong creative eye, with hands-on experience in content creation and editing. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our target audience and drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Create compelling content, including photos and videos, using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Run campaigns and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local lifestyle brands and influencers.
  • Support event planning and execution, including boutique events and client-facing activations.
  • Help shape a visual and verbal brand story that resonates with our target audience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong creative eye with hands-on content creation and editing experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work setup.
  • Passion for storytelling, visuals, and all things social media.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required, as this role involves managing XiaoHongShu and engaging with Chinese-speaking leads.
