**Job Description**:
**Internship Details**:

- Position: Marketing Intern (Luxury Brand - Sulwhasoo)
- Duration: 1 July 2025 - 31 December 2025 (full 5 days commitment required)
- Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9AM-6PM | Friday: 9AM-4PM | 1 day WFH

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assist in the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives. This role will primarily focus on below-the-line (BTL) activities, ensuring seamless implementation of in-store activations, promotions, and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about executing impactful marketing strategies in a retail setting.

**A. Trade Marketing Support**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on BTL activities (such as promotions, events, and point-of-sale materials).
- Ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations in-stores at all times.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring that all POS materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- To manage retailers’ online platforms and ensure that the information is up to date
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities and promotions.

**B. Others**
- Monitor competition initiatives and assist in analyzing and compilation of reports.
- Manage paperwork submission
- Support in ad hoc projects and duties from time to time for the team.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing Communication, Business or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustration preferred
- Passion in beauty industry
- High energy with positive ‘can do’ attitude, and result driven
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
