Marketing and Branding Executive Job Description

We are seeking a senior marketing professional to bring our luxury beauty and wellness brand to life through compelling content, creative campaigns, and meaningful collaborations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, running campaigns, building partnerships, and driving storytelling across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Own and grow our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms with engaging, on-brand content.
  • Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos; design simple visuals using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Campaigns and Partnerships: Lead digital marketing efforts, influencer campaigns, and seasonal promotions; build and maintain relationships with local lifestyle brands and businesses for co-marketing initiatives.
  • Event Support: Plan, coordinate, and execute boutique events, client-facing activations, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Storytelling: Help shape a visual and verbal brand story that resonates with our target audience.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
  • A strong creative eye with hands-on content creation and editing experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work setup (remote + on-site support as needed).
  • Possession of a passion for storytelling, visuals, and all things social media.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is required as there is a need to handle and manage Chinese social media platforms.
