We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Beauty Advisor to join our team at the Sydney Downtown Store. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a range of luxury beauty products.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and support.
  • Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPIs.

Requirements:
  • Able to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
  • Previous retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics.
  • Strong product knowledge in the luxury beauty space.
  • Professional and vibrant personality.
